We were blown away at the efforts and performance of the Noll Team from my very first call to Brad to the final signature at closing. At the outset Brad produced a ten minute video explaining his pricing analysis for our home. It was awesome. Lindsay gave us tons of advice on staging our home and preparing it for sale. We followed this advice and it was a real difference maker. One highlight of listing day was Brad and Lindsay drumming up interest on social media with an enthusiastic live video. During the brief "for sale" period it was clear that Brad is an absolutely brilliant negotiator. My wife and I tried not to interfere with the negotiating process (which only took 24 hours). We put complete faith in Brad to get us the best deal and our faith was rewarded. We closed twenty days after listing with an incomprehensibly great result.
