Aaron Lane, MSOL, LSW is Co-founder of Courageous Healing, INC. and Courageous Living, LLC. Aaron is a licensed social worker who holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Law and Society, with a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision. In addition, he holds two Master’s degrees in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Tech University and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Indiana University. He has a vast knowledge-base comprised of certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Lominger, DISC, MBTI and a variety of other trainings. He has a strong passion for mentoring and motivating others to achieve life goals through expanding their knowledge base, supporting their interpersonal growth, and challenging the status quo. Aaron has spent the last 13 years doing motivational speaking, consulting, and program development. His areas of interest include: education, leadership development, team-building, diversity, athletics, and much more. Having an opportunity to play sports at the highest level, coupled with his years of experience as an athlete, coach, and performance coach has equipped him with a unique approach to motivation. He is devoted to and gifted in working with diverse populations, creating unity among others, and community outreach.
