Here is Karen!!

Karen makes it all happen. She came to the Noll Team in 2015 as a transaction coordinator, but since has grown to become Brad's Executive Assistant. Day to day she manages all the loose ends and the small details that come with managing Brad's busy busy schedule. Her favorite thing to do is to connect with all of the clients and really deepen relationships. She's originally from Buffalo, New York, where she went to Amhurst Central, and then onto flight attendant school! (We're happy she chose to work with us instead of on planes ;) ) 

In highschool she was an athlete -- a setter on the volleyball team! She met her (football playing) husband in New York at a mutual place of work - Tuxedo Junction! They got married and moved to Fort Wayne 15 years ago for his work at Steel Dynamics. They have 3 kids: Ryan, 23, General Manager at Skyzone finishing his business degree at Ivy Tech, Nathan, 21, playing rugby at Purdue while studying Building Construction, and Sammy, 15, who is a sophomore at Carroll and plays lacrosse! They also rescued an adorable boxer lab, Bear! He's 3 years old and is full of emotion! 

When new to Fort Wayne, she worked in the Special Education department at Huntertown Elementary as an aid. This was her passion - and she's continued her passion of helping others to this day, just in different ways! She volunteers for the RAK club, Random Acts of Kindness. She serves others every day on The Noll Team, connecting with people. She thrives on those relationships! She is always coming up with new and innovative methods to grow relationships to keep referrals coming into our business!
