These auctions consist of Commercial and Residential Auctions as well as Lake Property, Farm Ground, Building sites and Estates & Trusts. North Eastern Group Auctions were established to give our clients the flexibility to work with our team in areas of selling real estate at auction and to keep us on the cutting edge in a complex market.

Doug Noll, CAI began his real estate and auction career in 1981 and is a (CAI) Certified Auctioneers Institute and has owned two Auction Companies in the past including Miz Lehman Realtors-Auctioneers in Berne, Indiana and Doug Noll Auction Consultants, specializing in Commercial Auctions.
