Brad has been envisioning his real estate team for the last seven years. He feels his past has prepared him for growing his team into a powerhouse real estate group. He got his start by mowing yards at an early age to which he attributes his entrepreneurial spirit to those long summer days of cutting grass for others.
When he's not working, (that's not very often), he enjoys spending time with his wife (his high school sweetheart) Lindsay of seven years and the two biggest joys in his life, Breana (three years old) and Delaney (one year old), who he adoringly refers to as Bree & Dee. They love to travel in the car together and go on exciting trips.

Abby joined The Noll Team in May of 2007. She spent her college years attending Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana. Having a brother in real estate allowed her the great opportunity to enter into business with him as an office assistant. Along with being the Transaction Coordinator for The Noll Team and keeping the office running smoothly, she has also been a licensed Realtor for three years.
She enjoys spending time with her husband Josh (of three years) and son Brandon (One year old.) Abby and Josh share a special basketball rivalry as Abby is an avid fan of Duke and Josh is a die heart UNC fan! It is no doubt that Brandon will have a hard time choosing his alliance!

Michelle received her Real Estate license in November of 2005 and joined The Noll Team in the Spring of 2008. Michelle is an east coast transplant, living in New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York before anchoring roots in Fort Wayne in 1995 with her husband Matt of 15 years. One can take the girl out of the east coast, but not the east coast out of the girl, she brings a wicked awesome energy level to the team!
In her free time, Michelle spends time with her husband Matt playing Ultimate Frisbee and also plays soccer at The Plex. She has two children, Josh (thirteen years old) and Jessica (ten years old) and cherishes her time with the family, especially as her children are nearing teenage hood! (Say a little prayer for them!)

Doug is President of North Eastern Group Auctions and began his Real Estate and Auction career in 1981 and was co-owner of a company in Berne, Indiana. Doug was also President of the Adams-Jay-Wells Co. Board of Realtors in 1985. Doug also had an Auction Marketing Company and now is very proud to be a member of North Eastern Group Realty and The Noll Team where he gets to work with his son and daughter everyday! Doug has been a million dollar producer and was also a college & professional basketball coach at one time.
Doug and his wife Carla have been married 35 years and have two children, Brad and Abby, and five grandchildren. In their spare time they enjoy being with their family and Doug is an avid golfer.

Charity joined The Noll Team in February of 2012. She spent her college years attending the University of St. Francis; where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2001 and was a member of the women’s basketball team. She then went on to complete her MBA from St. Francis in 2005. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Charity was in the recruiting/staffing industry and she also has experience in coaching women’s college basketball.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Seth (of 6 years), son Carter (2) and dog Hoosier (Yes, she is an IU basketball fan.) They enjoy vacationing as a family and spending their summers at Crooked Lake.

Tiffany joined The Noll Team in February of 2011 and specializes in our client care and marketing. Tiffany was known for her enthusiasm on and off the basketball court while playing at Bethel College with Noll Team member, Abby Grubbs. It’s Tiffany’s “service above self” attitude you’ll notice first in her relationship with you.
Tiffany is enjoying the first years of marriage to her husband Eric. They both can be found out on the lake in the summer or in the gym in the winter as Tiffany still takes to the court as a middle school girl’s basketball coach.
